Chris believes “Every child and young adult have something to give in the world.” Founding the CoCo’s Foundation in 2010 giving Children and young adults a “Hand up not a Hand out”.
Chris is passionate about a child’s basic needs: Food, water, shelter and education. This is achieved through the Foundations 4 main projects Food4Life, Build4TheFuture, Clothes4Clothes and Skills4Life.

Debs Spraget
Trustee
Social Media & Marketing Officer & Fundraising Governor
Debs (known as Mumma Debs to most) is one of the founding members of the Foundation and has been facilitating and leading trips ever since. A former winner of Sussex’s Inspirational Woman of the Year 2014, Debs is always looking at ways she can make a difference and be a voice for those less fortunate to give them a chance in life. She has a wealth of knowledge and experience in managing and leading young people including the management of CoCo’s Southwater salon for 15 years. Debs continues to lead our fundraising efforts and plays an active role in promoting the Foundation.

Sharon Perry
Trustee
Safe Guarding Officer & Risk Assessment Governor of Policy
Sharon has had a successful career and been involved in Early Years and Training along with being a trainer and assessor in the Education sector. After finishing her degree in Early Childhood, Sharon joined the Trustee team. More recently Sharon’s career has involved a change working for the Coco’s Style salons full time as Receptionist and PA to the Director.
Sharon helps to advise CoCo’s Foundation on the work it gets involved with in Schools and the Early Learning Development centre that was built in 2018. Supporting the Teachers and guiding the CoCo’s Foundation around any educational questions. Sharon in her spare time is a keen gardener.

Theresa Cranmer
Trustee
Grant Writer & Child Protection Governor
Teri has been a qualified social worker with 40+ years’ experience working in the health and social care sector including youth work, child and adult protection and specialist mental health services. As a Trustee Teri takes the lead for Equality, Diversity & Inclusion and HIV education & guidance. Bringing all her experience to the welfare of the children we support. Teri also loves to knit and can often be seen making her next blanket with a team of ladies for the orphan children.

Sue Knight
Trustee
Pastoral Care
Sue grew up in the Congregational and United Reformed Church and is now a Local Church Leader and Assembly Accredited Lay Preacher within the United Reformed Church. She currently has pastoral charge of Reigate Park URC as they are without an ordained Minister and regularly leads Sunday worship. She takes pastoral care very seriously both in her church life and also CoCo’s Foundation. Sue is an active Rotarian and first heard about CoCo’s Foundation at a Rotary District Conference and found she couldn’t walk away. She volunteered to come on a trip to South Africa and the rest is history. Through her connections with church and Rotary she seeks ways to make a difference to the lives of those less fortunate than herself both at home and abroad. Sue’s main hobby is baking and cake decorating and uses her skills to raise much needed funds for the Foundation.

Julia Bonner
Volunteer
Financial Director and Governor
Julia is now retired but has had many years’ experience working in an accounting role for a manufacturing company and later for an international flight training organisation. She has also performed the role of Treasurer for several clubs, societies and organisations, on a voluntary basis, including being a Director and Treasurer for the Peppersgate Management Company, a management company for a housing development. Julia has assisted for several years with the accounts and gift-aid scheme for CoCo’s Foundation. Julia’s main hobby is going on long walks with her dog.
