Through our unique initiative we’ve provided school uniforms for 3,000 children and created local employment. All thanks to the unwanted clothes and textiles you donate.
How it works
Generous individuals like you donate unwanted clothes and textiles at our various clothing banks located in the UK. We then sell these on eBay and with the money raised buy school uniforms for orphans, enabling them to attend school.
Additionally, this funding stream allows us to employ local craftsmen who build wooden beds for each child in the houses we construct.
The impact of a uniform
For only £30, you can help a child receive a school uniform that not only gives them access to education but also infuses them with a sense of pride and belonging. Uniforms are often a requirement for school attendance, and without one, many children miss out on the life-changing opportunity to learn and grow.
A bed to call their own
For £140 you can provide a child with more than just a place to sleep – you give them a bed to call their own.
A good night’s sleep is vital for physical and mental wellbeing, and a personal bed offers the children a small, yet important, space of their own.
Your donated clothes do more than just clear out your wardrobe. They help to build futures. Join us in this extraordinary journey of transforming lives – one uniform and one bed at a time.
Thank you for your support and making a world of difference.
If you prefer, you can also contribute funds directly to help us reach more children.
